Darius, a recent graduate from the College of the Holy Cross, spent much of his time in social media marketing. During his time at Holy Cross, he worked as a Student Coordinator for the College’s Office of Multicultural Education, while also serving as a publicist for the Black Student Union. In both positions he created content for each organization's Instagram accounts to increase awareness of on-campus events.  As a Community Manager, Darius works to optimize the experience on The Plug for all our users, and also leads council group management on our platform. Outside of work, Darius is an avid gamer, singer, and basketball fan!

Nicolle brings 3+ years of experience working in the Public Sector, politics, non-profit, and NGO development and growth. She manages teams and streamlines workflows to enhance efficiency in creative development, media planning, and content production. She is an efficient Project Manager with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and delivering results-driven projects on time and within budget. Nicolle has worked with clients across private and public education, environmental defense, civic engagement, economic development, and more.

My Tran is the project management lead at XOMAD, a pioneering influencer marketing agency. She brings her expertise in data analytics from the fintech industry to XOMAD, enhancing the team's capabilities and using innovative techniques to achieve optimal results for global clients and creators. My Tran is known for her analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and is passionate about using data to improve project performance. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cultures and cuisines, as well as watching MasterChef and CSI.

Liem Quan Nguyen is a highly proficient Data Engineer who exhibits a deep-seated passion for travel and the acquisition of knowledge. His current responsibilities entail the implementation of novel features for his team's system, as well as the expansion of crawlability for his peers in the field of data engineering. Liem takes great pride in his role as a mentor to new engineers, sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise to aid in their professional growth. During his leisure time, Liem indulges in watching cartoons, providing a delightful and refreshing counterbalance to his demanding professional life.
