XOMAD’s Creator-Led Campaigns Once Again Dominate the 2025 Ad Age Awards—Three Straight Years of Sweeps

XOMAD won big (again!) taking home two 2026 Ad Age Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards for creator-led public health campaigns, earning both “Social media Campaign of Year” honors for Renew NM with New Mexico’s Health Care Authority, and Never a Bother alongside LA County Department of Public Health – that makes 7 in a row for 7 different clients!!

Presented by Ad Age, the world’s most prestigious advertising publication, and its sister publication, Modern Healthcare, the Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards recognize the year’s most effective advertising, marketing, promotion, and communication campaigns. The winners demonstrate ingenuity and creativity in advancing efforts to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare, promote the health of individuals and communities, and help organizations thrive in today’s rapidly changing media landscape.

Dating back to 2023, XOMAD has now won ALL seven (7) Ad Age Healthcare Marketing Impact Awards, spanning campaigns for multiple clients across states, issues, and audiences. These campaigns focused on public health priorities including Medicaid access, mental health awareness, and culturally relevant health education.

We’re extremely proud of our partners behind this year’s award-winning work:

  • Renew NM: In partnership with the New Mexico Health Care Authority, the campaign empowered 89 local creators, trusted voices from rural, Tribal, and Spanish-speaking communities, to guide residents through Medicaid re-enrollment. Through authentic, bilingual storytelling and real-time collaboration on XOMAD’s Council platform, the campaign reached 84% of adults statewide during the federal Medicaid redetermination period and transformed a policy transition into a community-driven movement for equitable healthcare. Internal XOMAD reporting shows engagement rates exceeding standard paid digital benchmarks for public health enrollment campaigns.
  • Never a Bother: Partnering with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Never a Bother brought together local creators to share honest stories about mental health and asking for help. The campaign reached more than one million residents,  including 85% of adults aged 18–24, with the majority of engagement coming from Black, Hispanic, and Asian audiences, helping normalize help-seeking among LA’s youth.

Thank you to Ad Age, Modern Healthcare, and the selection committee for honoring the quality and impact of these campaigns and for recognizing the role that trusted community creators play in shaping the future of public communication.

This continued recognition underscores an essential truth: authentic, creator-led storytelling drives real behavioral change. Through infrastructures like XOMAD’s Creator Councils, governments and organizations can scale credible, culturally relevant content that reaches people with trust and purpose, countering the limitations of traditional digital advertising.

A sincere thank you to the creators who brought these campaigns to life! Your authenticity, heartfelt stories, and commitment continue to set the standard for meaningful, effective media nationwide.

XOMAD looks forward to continuing partnerships with state and local public health agencies on data-driven, award-winning campaigns in the years ahead.
